Remember this article about Keiji Inafune's new mystery game? As it turns out, this is it, Overwhelming Game, Infinite Souls! which is headed to a Japanese PlayStation format; presumably PlayStation 3, in March 2012.
Dengeki PlayStation revealed that the game will feature mild erotic visuals, which will be drawn by Katsuya Hirano, who was responsible for the risque art in Record of Agarest War and Agarest Senki 2. Endless Leveling, moves that will deal trillion points of damage, Infinite Combo attacks, and Over-powered moves.
The story takes place in Nanayokai, which is made up of seven different worlds, which change based on the day of the week. Each of the seven worlds has it's own unique heroes and demons. The protagonist, Shu Shu Infinite, has the ability to change her appearance and personality; she is determined to dominate Nanayokai. Supporting characters include Ryuto, Altis and Shambre. Adding onto your standard RPG elements, the game will also feature mild erotic visuals, compareable to those found in Agarest Senki 2. Other that just being the producer of the game, Keiji Inafune has stated that he is the composer and vocalist of the game's theme song.
The heroine, and main character, as stated above, is Shu Shu Infinite (CV: Yukari Tamura). Other characters include; Ryuto (CV: Hiromi Hirano), Altis (CV: Saori Hayami), and Shambre (CV: Emiri Katou).
Infinite Souls will feature the artistic talent of Takehito Harada, best known for his work in the Disgaea series and other N1 titles. Directing the title is Kenta Kanno, who previously directed Hyperdimension Neptune MkII, Spectral Souls, and Record of Agarest war.
Infaune has stated that he wishes for the game to sell over a million copies, emphasizing that he wasn't joking around. And saying that if the game's development team were cars, they'd be Porsches or Ferraris.
